	Integrated Membership Access Control – Control which membership packages have access to specific information/content on your site. You can control what a non-member can do, as opposed to a free member, as opposed to a premium member. A free member is a member who is registered at a Basic level of membership (trial) but not paying. We generate usernames and passwords for each new member. When Paid members expire, they are automatically downgraded to free members.
	Timed Content Unlock – Prevent massive content theft by unlocking content on a timed delayed basis. You can time unlock articles, content, forums, and groups based on the duration of membership. You can even set a video (from an external source) as time unlock content. This helps keep your customers “stick” with your membership site for longer.
	e-Course Content Distribution System – Much like a sequential autoresponder, our system delivers e-course content to your students for you. Students can listen/view your course introduction, and then download the appropriate files associated with each module. Your students will be notified via e-mail when a new course module is unlocked...thus encouraging them to return to your membership site.
	Seamless e-Course Shopping Cart Integration - Your students can buy your e-course from our shopping cart system right off your membership site. Once they purchase the course, we will deliver the content as your specification. Our system supports member and non-member pricing.
	Integrated Event Calendar and Event Registration - Create Events that will be listed on your site’s event calendar. Your users can register for events through our system, which is integrated with our shopping cart system (using your merchant account). The system will also manage seating limits, export registrants in an Excel ready format. (Event Registration iwill be available in Phase 3).

	Customizable Sign-Up Form – Gather additional information about your members on sign-up. We allow you to gather an additional 10 fields of custom data from your clients.
	Restricted Sign-Up – You can allow members to apply for membership before approving the member. You can also upload a list of pre-approved members (using their e-mail address as the key) and we will only allow these members to sign-up.
